Adriana Lima was discovered at the age of 13 by a model scout at her local mall. Since then she has become one of the worlds top supermodel and is one of the famous Victorias Secret Angels! How did she get such an amazing figure? Well it does come down to genetics too a degree but the gorgeous Brazilian supermodel does put in some work too. Her favorite form of exercise is something called Capoeira (dance, music acrobatics and choreographed play-fighting..it's a Brazilian martial art).
Like most celebrities and models who are asked about their diet and exercise regime so often she doesn't give much away. She does however say that the secret to her clear skin is to drink lots of water and get lots of rest. I'm trying to find her exact workout regime and diet. I wish I knew exactly what a supermodel ate in a day...I want a supermodel body. So many times celebrities claim they are following a generic diet of lean protein and vegetables when really they are doing some form of extreme diet.
In an industry where you are paid for looking good, the following quote from Adriana Lima just doesn't seem right. "I try to control what I eat, but the truth is I can't. I tried to give up meat last week, but I only lasted three days. I just couldn't do it. I love meat, chocolate, and cakes. For the moment I like my body. I don't think it's the best one, but I don't have anything I don't like about it-yet...I've never been to the gym, I do nothing."
That hardly seems fair! I've seen the way that the modeling agencies and fashion designers criticize models for their weight and I imagine there is a great deal of pressure for super models to be thin. Perhaps Adriana Lima doesn't eat as much as she says she does and her secret to staying so thin is portion control (only eating when you are hungry and stopping when you are full).
I have seen pictures of her smoking a cigarette, this could be to suppress her appetite. I do know girls who take up smoking to lose weight. It's ridiculous and will all come back to bite them in the future.

Car customising and modifying has been around since the car was first invented, but really took off with the introduction of the original Mini.

There are the modifiers that only go for pure speed, who would rather strip bare the interior of their car to save weight rather than fill it with all sorts of ICE.
Cars like the little Honda Civic and Nissan Pulsar that modifiers have managed to squeeze over 300 brake horse power from the engine, putting quite alot of super cars to shame, and costing a fraction of the cost.
Even manufacturers have gotten in on the act, Volkswagen showing the world their modified Golf, with a mid mounted W12 650 brake horse power engine wedged in where the back seats should be, borrowed from a Bentley.
Renault with the equally insane V6 Clio, this too doing away with the rear seats in favour of a V6 power plant, giving this little car power that would only be seen in the likes of a Porsche 911.
Car modifying and customisation has created a class of its own, giving rise to a whole host of magazines like Max Power, Redline, Banzai, Fast Ford to name a few, as well as films such as Fast and Furious.
Race tracks have also seen the rise of this car culture and have opened their doors to allow car enthusiasts to test their machines on a wide open racetrack, giving them the freedom to test the cars and their own reactions, in the safe setting of a real race track.

Changeling - A Full Movie Review
Changeling is a heart wrenching tale of a mother who loses her only child to a corrupt government system. Director Clint Eastwood and actress Angelina Jolie have really outdone themselves in this harrowing roller coaster of a film. This film is basically a tale of government corruption. Jolie is a telephone operator who runs a roomful of women who operate switchboards. She literally does her job on roller skates. Anyway upon coming home one day, to her horror she finds her 8 year old son abducted. Local authorities assure her that they will find her son.
Five months later the police report that they've found her son. The only problem is: the boy isn't hers. The boy's schoolmates, teachers and dentist all agree that the boy isn't Walter. Despite the evidence, the government doesn't listen. The police quickly have her institutionalized for insanity. The immoral chief doctor of the psychiatric ward also plays along with the corrupt police's plans.
Director Clint Eastwood claims this to be a true portrayal of the level of corruption in the government in 1928. In Changeling, director Eastwood uses the film to jab at the LAPD and the entire government's structure.
So what can you expect from the film?
Well be prepared for a maddening, heart wrenching experience as you go to watch Changeling. The tale of a mother losing her child, being caught up in a corrupt government's plans can be infuriating to watch. The movie is intense and mesmerizing. The story is told in a spellbinding fashion and Angelina Jolie's acting is certainly top notch. The movie will surely not disappoint. It will take you from feeling the deepest primal love of a mother to the fury of injustice. The story involves a lot of fast paced action as we see the attempt to bring justice to order.
With all remake-of-a-remake Hollywood films lately, Changeling is truly a refreshing breath of fresh air. The story is original and unheard of before (and based on a true story), the acting is top notch and the movie is an amazing experience. Unlike other rehashed Hollywood films, this movie truly has that 'special something' that really makes a movie stand out.
It has that special attention to detail that shows you the movie was created with careful attention to detail, with artistic license, rather than just a film created for the purposes of earning money. Changeling is truly an amazing tale to follow that will have you holding your breath from start to finish. If you're a movie fan, this is definitely a movie you don't want to miss.

The Air Force is one of the three armed forces that have the duty of defending the United States against any enemy that might attack. The other two armed forces are the Army and the Navy. The Air Force is the youngest of the three. Through World War II it was a branch of the Army and was called the Army Air Corps. On September 18, 1947, the Air Force became independent. Because air power is absolutely necessary in modern warfare, many people consider the Air Force the most important branch of the defenses of the United States.
There are four ways in which the Air Force must be prepared to defend the United States and fight for the country in time of war. 1. If the enemy sends bombing planes to attack the United States or any of its possessions or bases, the job of the Air armed Force is to fight them in the air and destroy them or chase them off. For this it uses "fighter planes," especially of the type called interceptors. In time of war the Air armed Force must bomb enemy territory, to destroy the factories in which they make war materials, and the bases from which they might attack the United States, and sometimes for the purpose called retaliation- that is, to punish the enemy for its attacks on the United States. For these purposes the Air armed Force uses bombing planes of various types.
When United States soldiers are fighting in the field, or when an amphibious attack is made, the Air Force has the job of supporting the ground forces. It does this by attacking the enemy troops and installations against which the United States ground forces are fighting. They must also try to win "control of the skies" where the fighting is going on. That is, it must fight the enemy planes that try to attack the U.S.A's ground forces. For these purposes they uses light bombing planes and fighters.
